GMG inspects each single production process, both internal and external inside its quality department, which has access to all the needed instruments necessary to grant and certify the single machining or treatment conformity.
Our control system is shaped from our know how in the crankshaft manufacturing field: complete or statistical controls are applied where requested or necessary, cross test are done on every machine set up. Every quality inspection is recorded and filed for a quick future consultation in case of necessity. GMG collaborates periodically with certified metrology laboratories, for instrument calibration and for more specific analysis. GMG metrology department includes: CMM 3d machines, rougness analyzer, digital altimeter, camshaft profile analizer, roundness and cilindricity machine analizer, hardness measuring machine and profile projector.
